Enter Rylan Shaw
This past weekend saw the release of the official "return-to-porn" video of Rylan Shaw at Trystan Bull. He's got some other scenes coming up for Next Door Studios and after that? Well we'll just have to wait & see. Who is Rylan Shaw, you're asking? Well Sean Cody fans will remember him quite easily. He was simply known as hung stud Rylan and he appeared in over a dozen vides for the site until until 2009. Afterwards he was in the news spilling the beans on how much money he made as a model for the site. Now here in 2012 he's making a comeback & with a last name --- the choosing of which actually made gay porn blog news.
Last year Rylan tweeted that he was returning to porn and wanted his fans to help him pick out a last name. That fall Zach Sire at the The Sword decided to help him out by taking a readers' poll & adding a few name suggestions. It was all in fun but as it turned out Rylan picked a name not on the list, hence Rylan Shaw was "born".
Last month Queer Me Now & The Sword reported that Rylan Shaw had also filmed scenes with Rod Daily & Austin Wilde with QMN adding in some other related news--Rylan is dating Ayden Marx who also has shot for Next Door Studios. Now there is a possibility that Next Door, which has a penchant for picking names for its performers, chose Shaw fore Rylan but we have nothing to go on.
If you check out Rylan Shaw's filmography at Sean Cody you'll see he had scenes with other models who went on to porn fame: Joey (aka John Magnum) & Barry (aka Paul Wagner) Coincidentally (or not) Paul is now a producer & director for Next Door. Wouldn't it be interesting if Paul Wagner returned in front of the camera for a scene with Rylan Shaw & John Magnum for a reunion video? Just a suggestion. We're also wondering if Rylan & Ayden have a scene scheduled together for the studio. Stay tuned...
