Best Of 2011: The Websites Pt 2

Continuing our look back at 2011 we spotlight more websites that made a difference & warrant special recognition. You'll find a few more studio-based websites on this list as more of the bigger companies are taking their cues from small/independent sites.

  Best  Directed Live Shows:
Hard Friction. Steve Cruz & Bruno Bond have hit on a great way to do live shows AND produce new DVDs at one time: film new DVD material during the course of a live webcam show. Naturally it requires extra talent & effort & Cruz & Bond direct the guys perfectly & make it look effortless.

  Best Monthly Video Magazine:
Paragon Men. Gorgeous men with beautiful bods month after month in hot pics & gorgeous videos. The content ranges from the erotic to the hardcore & is always a visual & "stimulating" treat.

The Best Muscle Site That Listens To Its Members:
Manifest Men. This muscle site has always done a great job of being interactive with its loyal fans. And when a hot new guy does an audition video the site lets viewers vote on if he should be a "Manifest Man".

The Best Site That Keeps Topping Itself:
Bel Ami. It just can't rest on its laurels like other top sites. It's constantly raising the bar: hiring American models, going on location, doing reality shows...the list goes on. Will this site EVER slow down?

  The Best Site Improvements:
Sean Cody. For its 10th anniversary this redesigned & reformatted its site, finally listing the video's dates of release.

Most Shocking & Controversial Move: Sean Cody.  This site isn't known for creating a stir but it sure did when it started releasing bareback scenes at the end of the year. Is this temporary or something the site will be doing periodically? Whatever the answer things will never be the same.

Best Glam Galleries: Randy Blue. In addition to high quality galleries for each of its new video releases this site often produces stand-alone galleries of its best built stars--of which there are many. RB essentially elevates still photos to art.

Best Site You Don't Know But Should:
SpunkWorthy. A consistently good website in the "old school" genre of sites. Funny that with so many sites trying almost anything to stand out this one proves simplicity is best.
