Since late October personal trainer & fitness model Aaron Savvy has hosted a new video series "Fitness Tip Of The Week" in which he offers interesting & somewhat offbeat (but effective) new ways to stay fit. You might recall that Aaron had a fitness video series at FrontiersWeb but he's at Almost Naked--along with a co-star or two.
