Halloween In Weho: Go-Go Dancer Appreciation Day

 No fooling. The West Hollywood City Council has officially declared this Saturday October 29 as Go-Go Dancer Appreciation Day! The city of West Hollywood has partnered with several local clubs & businesses to put on a go-go dancer competition on Larrabee St north of Santa Monica Blvd. According to the

  Go-Go Dancer Appreciation Day will be held on Saturday evening, October 29 and will consist of the City working in conjunction with local businesses to stage an amateur Go-Go dancer competition on Larrabee Street north of Santa Monica Boulevard. This special street party will feature with go-go boys from around Weho competing in for best dancer as well as individual categories including hottest jock, muscle stud, and others. Clubs on Sunset & Santa Monica are also participating with special events so if you're in the area you can't miss being a part of this unique day. For more info check the Go-Go Dancer Appreciation Day page. 

 Lastly, one of the contests that you don't to be present in Weho for is the Shake It Up online contest sponsored by Frontiers LA. In honor of Go-Go Dancer Appreciation Day the magazine invites you to vote for your favorite dancer among 13 individuals and two pairs. The winner receives a free trip to Palm Springs and the opportunity to be featured on a cover of Frontiers.
