Brit fitness model Adam Charlton has a new Tumblr blog! He had a very hot one running up until a month or so ago but when he was on vacation it was inexplicably disabled.  Fortunately for his fans he put up a new one Titan AJC.

  So far Adam has posted a new pic (just back from vacation) as well as a flexing video. This the same video from YouTube that we posted here a few days ago.

   Adam Charlton also posted the news that he's going to compete next year for sure and he's spending the winter adding " more lean mass". If you've seen his videos & pics here and/or elsewhere we all can agree that in the insanely fit shape he is in he could compete right now.
