He's got his own website & blog & posts super-hot videos at YouTube and now UK fitness model Adam Charlton can be found on Tumblr at Titan AJC. Adam just recently launched this site/blog and has been posting pics that are too hot for words. In fact there's aren't many words that accompany his posts so far. Let's face it, the guy loves to show off--and he has lots TO show off.
