It's Navy Week!
Known as Fleet Week in other coastal cities here in Los Angeles we're celebrating our first-ever Navy Week! The USS Abraham Lincoln, USS Princeton, USS Chafee, and USS Champion are docking at the port of Los Angeles & will be open to the public. It also means that tons of sailors (or seamen if you prefer) are here on leave! Now that the repeal of DADT has been certified it certainly liberates a percentage of off-duty sailors out for a good time in LA.
So, attention gay clubs & bars in LA! How about hosting a Navy Week event in honor of the sexy sailors? If word gets out you gotta figure that some off-duty sailors in search of a good time will be coming your way. And for all you club-hoppers this week keep your eyes peeled on the streets of Weho & Silverlake. Fleet Week (and Fleet Week 2) from Falcon or Sailor in The Wild just could become a reality!
