GLAAD Media Awards Part 1
The first of three 2011 GLAAD Media Awards presentations was held in NYC over the weekend & we've got a list of the awards winners for you. 25 of the total 32 categories along with special honorees were announced in the presentation held on Saturday March 19. Additional presentations will take place in Los Angeles on Sunday, April 10 and in San Francisco on Saturday, May 14.
The awards were hosted by Bravo's Andy Cohen with many stars & celebrities in attendance and presenting the awards. By the way, did anyone catch Kathy Griffin on Andy's Watch What Happens show last week on Bravo? GLAAD should consider giving Kathy the hosting duties. That will really shake things up and hopefully keep the awards shows from being too self-reverential.
