Is it possible for there to be too many hot gay porn stars in one place? Considering the fact that is was nearly impossible to snap pics of everyone who attended the Cybersocket Web Awards last night or to keep track of all the activity on and off the stage the answer would be yes.  Yet in spite of the crowds and the previously mentioned slightly disorganized feel to the night we still managed to have some fun & get some pics. We would bore you with a complete recap of the show but we do have our own highlights.

 First, some shout-outs. We had a wonderful afternoon the day before the awards, meeting up with Samuel Colt & Chris Porter. It was our first time meeting Chris and he truly is as nice & sweet, smart, witty & sexy as we had heard. Okay, he's even more so! You know already how highly regard Samuel as a man & friend for those same qualities so it was indeed a special afternoon. Fortunately we got to see them again at the awards but really it wasn't nearly enough time. We also joined up with Robert Chandler (Real Guys Exposed) & Tommy Wells (tommywells.net) two of the best guys you would ever want to hang out with at these events and just plain good friends.

 We ran into handsome & sexy Jasun Mark & Cocksure Men exclusive, the dashing Mitch Vaughn who later presented an award. Jasun had some news for us that you'll be hearing about soon enough ...we think you're going to like this! Also finally got to meet the gregarious agent to the stars Howard Andrew of Fabscout. Hopefully next time we'll get to have a nice sit down with him.

  The hosts for the show were Chico's Angels a trio of sassy Latin drag queens whose cute & un-PC humor was a very welcome icebreaker.  They were on stage intermittently while the offstage voice of "Christina" provided the announcement of presenters, Chi Chi, etc. Also on hand was Vertigo Posse dancers who do aerial acrobatics. PLUS, Frenchie Davis closed out the show with several show-stopping numbers.

 There were only two trophy boys this year, up on stage all the time, alternately one at a time handing out the awards. Really though when you have two gorgeous studs like Marcus Mojo & Samuel O'Toole do you need more?  Marcus & Samuel were ogled and played with by many of the guests but they remained thoroughly good sports about it.

  Okay, now on to a few more of the more interesting parts of the evening (in no particular order):

 --Peter Le.  Peter Fever won for Best Asian theme site and when the handsome young man took off his shirt? WOW! A rockin' body that impressed EVERYONE (most noticeably Chi Chi LaRue) He's a model & personal trainer & does solos on his site. Did you know he was also in the pilot for a proposed Asian version of Jersey Shore for MTV titled K-Town? Is he gay? Nothing official on that but you can bet more people are looking at his site today.

 --Winners Steve Cruz, (Best Porn Star), Jason Sechrest (Best Porn Blog) and Michael Brandon (Hall of Fame) were especially gracious in their acceptance speeches.  Of course they thanked their supporters but they also gave vocal appreciation to the industry itself & all those work in it.
 
 ---Brent Everett could easily have taken home a special award for the one outfit that was both trashy & classy. It was attire that only Brent (below) could pull off and he did it really well.



 ---We've seen lots of videos & pics of Trent Diesel but in person he is even hotter (below). He always had a great body but you really can see how he's built up in person. He's also a very nice guy, easy to talk to, and definitely worth your support.



 --Speaking of nice accessible guys we can count among them Donny Wright (below, right) & Riley Price (below, left) Totally sexy & charming young men who we think are terrific stars and we're sure many of you already do too.



 --We thought it strange that Trent Locke & Steven Daigle would be scheduled as presenters one right after the other given their recent history. However, it was reported today that things between them seem to be getting resolved. That's good news for fans of both these guys. 

  Lastly, as we mentioned there are some newsy items that came out of this awards show & the weekend in general but that we have to keep under our hat for now. We guarantee you there are some exciting things about to drop.
