Hard and Fast: The Review
Titan Men and director Brian Mills get it that sometimes gay porn watchers aren't looking for a plot or much dialogue or even much of a set-up. For that matter there are times when porn fans don't even care if theme of a movie is so nebulous that the individual scene in the flick are barely connected--if at all. This is really the best way to describe Hard and Fast. It makes for a great title but really it requires very little of the viewer except to just sit back and enjoy hot scenes with hot guys having hot sex. Period.
The biggest amount of set-up in Hard and Fast happens in the very first scene with Spencer Reed and Adam Knox. Spencer is driving his pick-up truck along a Palm Springs street and comes to a traffic stop alongside a motorcyclist whose passenger is Adam Knox. He and Spencer exchange smiles and when Adam is dropped off at the corner, Spencer Reed pulls up and simply says to the waiting Adam Knox "Get in." Of course Adam does just that and realistically if Spencer Reed pulled up to you and said those words in that same deep sexy voice you would do the same immediately. There's the "fast" part of this scene.
The "hard" part comes later when we see the two making out in a nearby poolside patio. Before you know Spencer Reed has Adam Knox on his knees giving head to the built star. Actually built is putting it mildly. Tall, dark & handsome has packed on a lot of muscle in the past year or so and as he's grown he's become a lot more of a dynamic & verbal performer. Cause & effect? Perhaps so but frankly it's not worth analyzing. He's just hot to look at and hot to watch in action. Spencer Reed takes command of his co-star and the scene although good-looking Adam Knox is hardly a slouch. His cocksucking skills are rewarded with a blowjob from Spencer and the two cum as they make out some more. Then comes the VERY "hard" part of the scene where Spencer Reed fucks Adam Knox and makes sure he feels every thrust. Director Mills makes sure to mix up the angles & sexual positions enough to extend the scene as long as possible without it seeming to be padded. Ultimately it's a very satisfying sequence that ends with a cute little twist. Adam & Spencer make a great pair here but since we know Spencer's work more we can say that this is Spencer Reed at his best.
We next see a couple of piano movers Adam Russo & Dante Sabel set up their delivery and then get it on, apparently acting on some simmering sexual tension. While there is some reference to the older/younger guy dynamic it fades once they kiss and start sucking each other off. Here the "fast" theme is immediately apparent as it seems that these guys just can't seem to wait to get off. Their high energy passion is enhanced even more with mutual verbal expressions of pleasure, culminating in a couple of very heated orgasms. Of course they aren't done --or tired it seems--because they go for some hard fucking. First Dante rides Adam's cock then turn around and fucks Adam while the older hairy stud is on his back. Both guys do a great job of living up to the Hard and Fast theme. The scene works well thanks to these two guys exceeding expectations. Sexy & hairy Adam Russo looks pretty serious-minded and low-key but he's hardly that. Dante Sabel is a relative newcomer, having done mostly online video sites but he performs with the kind of uninhibited sexual style of a seasoned veteran.
The third scene has virtually no back story or set-up and hence when things get going the viewer is invited to fill in the many blanks. Leo Alarcon & Shay start out kissing on a lushly landscaped patio while a few feet away in the shade Sean Stavos watches, boned up and jacking to the hot foreplay. Eventually the three are brought together to suck cock although Leo Alarcon seems to get the honor of taking the most cock. Naturally you can expect this to be followed by some hot flip-flop fucking. Each of the three guys gets their turn and each does a terrific job of conveying the pleasure of being on top AND bottom. Titan Men exclusive Leo Alarcon is such a natural performer you can almost believe that he is unaware of the cameras. Co-star Shay lights up the screen too and that smile of his is killer. Sean Stavos is another one of those guys that can do it all and make it look effortless. Three-ways aren't always easy to pull off by director Mills and his three stars here make a very hot scene.
As we mentioned above the scenes in Hard and Fast don't have much set-up or back story and they are barely connected to each other but this doesn't take away from the overall efforts made by all involved to make each scene hot and memorable. Score another one for Titan Men and Brian Mills.
