Mason Wyler Goes Live!
There's more good news for Mason Wyler fans & members: Mason's LIVE shows begin this week! The official Next Door Studios Blog is reporting that Mason's LIVE CAM shows will start this Wed @10pm EST and Fri @ 10pm EST. The shows are free to all current members of his website (and Next Door Pass) and the shows will also be available to watch on Next Door Buddies Live, the "cam product at a per minute" rate.
When we first reported on the the new format for Mason Wyler (see Mason Wyler Redux) there were still a few questions we had for Next Door Studios. So we asked one of our contacts and they got back to us a few days ago with some clarification. We asked if the changes meant that future content for would only be in the live show format and we were told that was indeed the case. The shows will be completely interactive---a feature that obviously isn't possible in the old format. In addition all of the existing existing pre-recorded video content will still be archived and available for viewing.
We also asked if all the shows would be solos or if Mason Wyler sometimes have guest stars. The response was that as of now Mason will only be doing solo shows BUT there was the possibility of mixing it up. WE figured as much since this new format isn't just new for viewers---it's new for Mason himself and he probably needs some time to get accustomed to doing live shows.
We're pretty confident that the shows will be archived but we'll wait and see on that as well as the schedule for the shows. The 10PM EST time seems to be the optimal one but it's possible this may get tinkered with too.
On the subject of Next Door Studios Blog they've announced that the blog does allow comments although the blog is moderated. They say: "suggestions and positive comments are always welcome! Keep it fun for everyone
