We're very happy to report that website Amateur Straight Guys has "re-opened" on the heels of its partnership/alliance with Active Duty. As we mentioned before (see VERY Active Duty). Dink Flamingo, the man behind Active Duty & Dirty Bird Pictures, partnered up with Amateur Straight Guys co-founder Doug DeLong to get ASG back up & running again after a four month-plus hiatus. As a result last Friday the new Amateur Straight Guys re-launched in "full-functioning beta mode". 

  In conjunction with this big news these sites have announced a limited time membership deal that's just plain awesome. Current Active Duty members (and those that join by May 10th) will get free complimentary access to Amateur Straight Guys  as part of their membership. It works the other way too: those who join Amateur Straight Guys by May 10th will get limited time free access to Active Duty and its associated sites Dirty Bird Pictures, My Straight Buddy , and XXX Amateur Hour. The sooner you take advantage of this deal the better because the bonus free access deal only lasts until June 10.

      

  In the press release we received Active Duty and Amateur Straight Guys explained in greater detail about the new partnership, what's on the newly re-launched site and what's to come. For one thing Amateur Straight Guys has re-opened with almost 250 existing videos in the archives. In addition the site has been back in production so there will be new videos added all the time in anticpation of the so-called hard launch on May 10. As mentioned before Dink Flamingo bought out the interests of former ASG co-owner Jay Huffhines about a month ago and almost immediately work was begun to get the site running again. 

 For at least the first few months Doug DeLong will serve as the principle director for new Amateur Straight Guys videos but the company is actively seeking new hosts, preferably unknowns, who share the same vision and as De Long says "a similar passion for getting a straight guy to do ‘not so straight’ things." 

 One last note. Amateur Straight Guys has chosen May 10th as the date of the official 10th Anniversary Celebration. Dink explained it simply "We wanted to officially open on a very significant milestone date, May 10th, and have double the reason to celebrate not only the website’s return but also a decade of hot content."
