Rising Star: Chris Porter
This week our spotlight is on Chris Porter, a newcomer who has generated a lot of buzz in a short amount of time since he started earlier this year. He's appeared in some prominent videos already (with more to come), he blogs, he tweets, he does modeling, and has made very favorable impressions among many in the biz. Essentially Chris Porter has generated what pundits in Washington, DC refer to as political capital. If you follow the goings on in the porn biz it's pretty hard not to have heard about this handsome & tattooed, young and all-around nice & talented guy. If you haven't you surely will soon.
As we said Chris Porter blogs & tweets so profiling him for the blog was fairly easy. He's from Virginia and went to culinary school for over a year before "burning out" and deciding to pursue a career in porn---something he's wanted to do since he was a teenager! He did his first scene for Lucas Entertainment which you can see in Auditions 33. The LE website illuminates Chris Porter with this rather vivid description: "Single, and drawn to older, rugged, muscular, hairy men, Chris loves to be fucked and makes an exceptional partner for anyone looking for a hot young ass to plow." Yep, that's a surefire way to win over an audience!
Chris Porter later moved to NYC, he did some modeling & shot for photographer Joe Oppedisano but things were moving a little slowly for him--until he shot for Dominic Ford (with his semi-mentor Conner Habib). Then, things just seemed to click for Chris. He was soon traveling across the country & down to Florida for several big projects (see below) and made plans to move to San Francisco. Earlier this month Chris Porter was a bit hit at the porn industry's Phoenix Forum and seemed to solidify his rising star status.
As of this writing Chris Porter is on his way to his new home in SF (in fact he may already be there) and rest assured we heard he's got a terrific new roommate who will watch over this sexy stud. At the same time Chris Porter has been very busy shooting scenes--so many that we probably are going to miss a few. So, expect an update on Chris Porter soon rather than later. Oh, and by the the way, don't refer to Chris Porter as a twink. We don't know who said it first but a new term has been coined for Chris: twunk.

Chris has also shot scenes for Dirty Boy Video & Boys Pissing and he's performed in the upcoming So...You Wanna Fuck? from Raging Stallion. We've been told he's got a Mustang leather feature lined up in May and another Raging Stallion "military" movie a few weeks later. Naturally, we'll try & keep you posted.
