Newcomer Alert: Bud Jones aka America
We've got another newcomer to point out who we think has real potential---that is if he makes the right moves going forward. He's Bud Jones, a sexy & semi-scruffy jock from Washington, DC who made his Mighty Men debut this past week in a video with Jack Stone. He's also known as America (yes, we kid you not) who has made two appearances so far at Dirty Tony. In both cases this verbal & cocky stud has made an impression on us and we'll be keeping an eye on him.
We got a call this past weekend from Jon Royce of Mighty Men pointing out his latest video featuring Jack Stone and newcomer Bud Jones. As we've mentioned in the past Jon has a real eye for talent and he always lets us know if there's someone we should know about. Jon also pointed out the videos that Bud made for Dirty Tony as America. Jon has correctly (and logically) pointed out that performers who choose two or more names are less likely to succeed than those with only one name so hopefully Bud/America will decide on one or the other and avoid that problem (remember Jason Crystal, Jay,Jayz, etc?). As for the video itself it's a two-parter, the first being a two man jack off scene with the aforementioned Jack Stone. Bud comes home to find Jack using his computer to watch porn and once they get past the obvious breech in roommate protocol, the two jack together. It's goofy fun and for a newcomer Bud Jones handles himself pretty naturally.
As for Dirty Tony, it's really not that unusual to see guys using different names here. AJ Irons has gone by Fabian here while Kevin Falk uses the name Danny. Bud's choice of America is more than a little unusual although it does lend itself to some interesting & memorable video titles if he uses it in the future. America has done a solo here and last week got an onscreen blowjob from another newcomer with an odd name, Ocelot (by the way, Venezuelan stud Ocelot also showed up last week at Drake Rock, sporting that same memorable name--and a hot ass). So it will be interesting to see what Bud Jones/America does next.
While we're at it we've noticed that Washington, DC as become a bit of a gay porn haven. As we've mentioned before Mighty Men is located in DC which also boasts residents Spencer Reed & Max Sinclair.
Plus the nation's capital has Secrets, the nightclub which has nude male dancers. Reed has done several shows there and most recently he, Sinclair & muscular Mitchell Rock appeared together. Did you know that Mitchell also just recently moved to DC? You might be surprised to learn that all three of these super-sexy studs are really the strong silent types and pretty soft-spoken. When you see them on film and wonder why they don't say much you'll know the reason why.
