Batman XXX: A Porn Parody

Our interest in straight porn is marginal at best as it must be many of you so obviously you haven't seen much mention of the genre here. That said, there are exceptions and this week is one such instance thanks to our interest in comic books. On March 3 Vivid Entertainment will release Batman XXX: A Porn Parody, an elaborate send-up of the character and the 60s TV show which promises to have celebrity cameos such a rock stud Dave Navarro!
Batman XXX: A Porn Parody is so titled undoubtedly to avoid litigation from Warners/DC & 20th Century Fox (which holds the rights to the original TV show). Also, the Batman & Robin costumes don't have the trademark bat-symbol & Robin "R" emblems to avoid similar legal problems. However the characters' names remain the same including those of the villains Catwoman, Riddler, & Joker and fellow hero Batgirl. The producers even obtained use of the TV Batmobile and other signature elements from the series. We read that even the original costume designers were employed to create the new wardrobe. Now we assume Vivid has done its homework but we still wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't going to be some legal wrangling soon.
Nick Manning will be Batman and apparently the name porn star cut his hair & worked out hard to get ready for the Batman role. Kris Slater (who has done Jake Cruise's Straight Guys For Gay Eyes) plays Robin, Tori Black is Catwoman, Nicole Ray will play Batgirl, Evan Stone is The Riddler, and Randy Spears is The Joker. Director Axel Braun says that besides Navarro there will be other celebrity cameos (like the TV show) and from the trailer below it sounds like they've got music similar to the show.
something this big. Gay porn has it own share of big parodies coming up (Whorrey Potter, Finding Levi's Johnson) which seem to have gotten more coverage--maybe this is str8 porn's way of keeping up.
