News Round-Up: Production Notes
We knew that there were several big videos coming out early next year (yes, that's less than two weeks from now) but we didn't think that so much info would be coming out in one week's time. So, even though we're about to start our year end "best of" lists we want to recap what we learned about what's coming in 2010.
First up we have more on Finding Levi's Johnson, a satire on Sarah Palin's favorite ex-future son-in-law and father of her bastard grandchild (sorry, that's a legit term) Levi Johnston. Funny how he knows about this porn flick and thinks it means he's a "gay icon". Oh no, Levi, you're not. Even if you had you shown off your schlong, you'd have to do more to be an "icon". We think that the guy playing you Casey Monroe has a better shot at that.
Yes, Casey Monroe is the guy who does have a passing resemblance to the real Levi. Jet Set Men has also done a good job of giving him a comparable haircut and setting him up in scenes drawn from recent events. For more pics, be sure & check out the Jet Set Blog. For something like this Jet Set put in some big talent including Diesel Washington, Jesse Santana, and Jet Set exclusive Landon Mycles, Brent Corrigan, Mark Dalton, Luke Marcum (more on him below), and porn actress Lisa Ann, who starred in Who's Nailin’ Paylin? .
Finding Levi's Johnson has just wrapped and as we say you can get more info on the Jet Set Blog, but for even more check out Diesel Washington's blog. He's got plenty of behind the scenes action, video interviews, & more. By the way, you should check it out for the Peters Twins video footage too. It looks like their video is coming up this week!
On the subject of parodies, Dominic Ford has been working overtime on getting the final edit of Whorrey Potter done while still updating the site. This satire of the famous book & movie series was scheduled to come out this year but the post-production has been lengthy. Frankly we're glad that it wasn't rushed out and that Dominic Ford is working on quality instead. Here's where Luke Marcum gets his first starring role in the title character. He's not a lookalike but as with Casey Monroe there's enough of a attempt to make him look right for the role. Speaking of Dominic Ford we can't really complain about the movie being delayed when the website has been featuring such hot videos. Nabbing Spencer Reed to do some videos was an awesome move. He has "power-topped" Mike Dreyden, Cameron Adams, & Colby Keller and these three videos are the highest user-rated one on the site. Cameron Adams has been getting some hot roles too, in the Whorrey Potter movie and Black Balled 7 (see ahead). But back to "Whorrey" make sure you follow Dominic Ford in Twitter---it looks like there will be some links there to new previews for the movie.
Channel 1 Releasing has announced that Black Balled 7: Jail Slammed will be out on January 12 on DVD, VOD, and as an online rental. The press release describes it thusly : "Cameron Adams is made prisoner of a gangbang...What begins with Cameron plowing one of his fellow cell mates gets extreme when the tables are turned and he's made to take each guy on the block..." The cast of gang bangers includes Nubius, Osian, Scott Alexander, Race Cooper, Eddie Diaz, Element Eclipse, Damien Holt, Aron Ridge, Ace Rockwood, & Santino Vega. You can see more action shots here .

Finally we've been waiting for some hot news about Adrenaline, the next Leif Gobo/Steve Cruz Mustang blockbuster and Gobo has delivered with some production stills on his blog. There are some pics from the Tommy Defendi/Ridge Kane scene where Ridge's face winds up looking like a glazed doughnut. By the way, in case you missed it we did a profile on Ridge Kane which you can see here. Also posted on Gobo's blog are stills from the Drake Jaden/Samuel Colt scene--two of the hottest bods in the biz and hottest newcomers. AND....there are stills from the first scene's three-way Dominic Pacifico, Spencer Reed, & Alexsander Freitas. Oh yes it's Spencer again as a guy who gets it on with a club dj played by Dominic (who really is a dj and did the music here) & lighting guy Alexsander. If only ONE of these scenes appeared in the movie we'd be very interested, but since ALL three (and one more) are here we're sold!
