Hunk Watch: JR Matthews

While we've always been impressed with all the guys that have become
Titan Men exclusives, there have been standouts the last few years. This year that honor goes to newcomer JR Matthews who has appeared in three flicks so far for Titan and in each one he's made a very strong impression. This comes from that perfect combination of his distinctive good looks, strawberry blond hair, hot muscular body and a series of uninhibited performances. JR Matthews has quickly gone from newcomer to rising star and yet we perceive that he hasn't even come close to reaching his full potential. In short, JR Matthews is someone to keep an eye on for some time to come.

The first time we saw JR Matthews was in a Hot House Backroom exclusive video where he was cast as an all-American type caught pleasuring himself by his roommate played by Robbie Ireland (now available on Hot House Backroom vol 16  DVD). Of course you couldn't help but notice this sexy newcomer but it wasn't until his jaw-dropping debut in Full Access (read our review here) that we saw this was someone to watch. Fortunately JR Matthews  had what amounted to two scenes including a memorable self-sucking sequence.

JR Matthews then appeared in the high-profile military-themed Folsom Maneuvers in a luscious outdoor scene with Dean Flynn. Of course the scene between these two ginger-headed stars is exceptionally hot but just the simple sight of shirtless JR Matthews in army-green running shorts was enough for us. About this time we gained JR as a Twitter bud and learned that he's a down-to-earth and modest young man, seemingly unaffected by the attention he must be getting. There's also an intriguingly kinky side to this hottie--or so one would assume given that he collects whips.

That brings us to JR Matthews' latest offering Battle Creek Breakdown directed by legendary Joe Gage. The action takes place at Battle Creek Ridge Lodge and in his scene JR is the nervous patron whose eventually gives in to his needs as fulfilled by Tony Buff. We haven't yet seen the flick but we've already read one review that is glowing to say the least. Under Gage's direction it appears that JR Matthews' extensive scene is a well-paced slow-burning one where he gets to act as well as perform.

We don't know what's next for JR Matthews but we're willing to bet that you'll be seeing lots more of him in 2010 and beyond.
