Cocktails With The Stars: Samuel Colt & Tony Aziz
On Thursday night we had a great time with Samuel Colt & Tony Aziz at the latest weekly Cocktails With The Stars event at Micky's in West Hollywood. Not only did we get to meet one of gay porn's hottest & sweetest couples but we also got a chance to see and meet other industry friends and performers. It may not have been a holiday-themed event but it certainly put us in the mood.
Samuel Colt & Tony Aziz flew into town from San Francisco for the Cocktails event but also to attend the release part for Focus/Refocus at MJ's on Friday night. For a few hours in the afternoon it looked like the couple wasn't going to make it on time due to SF fog delays at the airport. Coincidentally Steve Cruz & Bruno Bond were stuck at LAX, on route to SF from their trip to Australia. Even though both couples were delayed several hours the flights took off and a repeat of last week's Cocktails With the Stars no-shows was averted (Diesel Washington couldn't make it when his film shoot ran into the night). By the way, also on board the SF to LA flight was porn legend Jake Deckard --probably attending the F/RF event too.

As for the event itself, we had a chance to chit chat with Samuel Colt & Tony Aziz before things got underway and we have to say these are two of the warmest & friendliest guys in the biz. This was our second meeting with Samuel Colt but our first with Tony Aziz, who gave us the biggest hug & cheek to cheek to cheek to cheek kisses like we were old friends. By the way, Tony Aziz photographs very well but nothing beats the real thing---a handsome guy with eyes that smile. During the event these two guys were genuinely & openly affectionate with each other--you may not think it possible but it was very heart-warming.
During the event host Scotty B asked all kinds of questions, mostly for the benefit of those who aren't as familiar with these gentlemen. Much of what he asked we already knew but we did learn a few things. Tony Aziz is also a newcomer as a porn watcher as well as performer. One of Samuel Colt's original idols is Zak Spears and they finally get to act together in Demonic Sex: The Movie which films in March. No surprise here that Samuel & Tony were effusive in their praise of Steve Cruz & Leif Gobo for making Mustang such a viable and popular brand. We agree wholeheartedly.

Of course it wouldn't be a Cocktails With The Stars event without some skin and these two hot & sexy men went shirtless and dropped their pants to show off their underwear and their enviable butts. Ok, there was a bit more shown than that but believe us the fans with cameras were in force and we weren't able to get too close to get in some great shots. One more thing, these two guys are going on nine months dating and they act like they're still on their honeymoon---it's sweet AND hot.
Also on hand making a cameo appearance was Race Cooper who we finally got a chance to meet after much correspondence. Like Samuel & Tony, Race has to be one of the sweetest & warmest guys ever. And like the two main attractions, he has to be one of the most naturally hot & sexy men around. You could tell that we aren't alone in that regard. Chi Chi LaRue & Race had a very nice reunion (Race was in the upcoming Chi Chi movie Black Balled 7) Race's dear fried and our fellow blogger GPCrush was there to greet us too.
