Newcomers Galore
Every year has its share of hot newcomers and so-called "it" guys that make a big splash in porn on websites, in movies, and often both. That said, 2009 seems to have had a larger proportion than past years---at least in terms of newcomers who have impressed us. By the time we construct our "best of the year" blog entries, our favorite newcomers list is probably going to be the longest of the bunch. In fact we make break from tradition by taking the time to spotlight several of these newcomers before we construct our lists.
The other thing that's been different this year is that we've had the amazing good fortune to meet and/or get to know quite a few guys in this business, including many of the newcomers who we'll be spotlighting. So many of these guys have been so cordial & appreciative whenever we mention them or their work that it's made OUR work that much more enjoyable and we've been that much more enthused about it.
Today was almost a microcosm of this past year thanks to some tweeting with several of our newfound friends in the biz and one newcomer in particular. He's someone who we've mentioned before and whose debut is still yet to come but we had such a pleasant exchange today that we can't wait to spotlight him here for you in the next few days or so. He's a truly nice & sexy guy who seems to be making all the right moves and hopefully that will translate into the success we foresee for him. Of course, we're jumping the gun here---we'll reveal all very soon.
In the meantime we want to say thanks to all the people that have made 2009 a very memorable year for us so far. There are many of you directors, site owners, performers, writers, videographers, fellow bloggers, etc that have made a difference and we hope we have too.
