News Round-Up: Comebacks & Exclusives
Landon Mycles Kurt Wild
We're beginning the month of October with several news updates that we'll be trying to group together as thematically as possible. This time out our focus is on the status of several guys familiar to followers of this blog and if gay porn in general.
First up, Jet Set Men has announced that they've signed Landon Mycles as an exclusive. He's making his official movie debut in Carjackers but made his official debut this week at Jet Set Straight Edge. Technically it's a solo video but he does use a dildo on himself. You all know this sexy exclusive as Marcus Mojo who started out at Next Door Studios and was almost Freshman of the Year (see Freshmen of the Year Finalists for a list of his other appearances). Carjackers will be the first time Landon has bottomed and the guy who tops him in the film will be another recently signed exclusive Hayden Stephens. While we're on the subject, Jet Set has announced a new feature Download-2-Own. The company is converting it's movies into scenes that you can download for your computer, iPhone & Zune (and yes the Landon dildo scene is available now).
You've probably heard that Diesel Washington is staging a comeback after a retirement that lasted several months. During that time Diesel has been a busy man, blogging and making plans for the future. He recently was in LA on that hush-hush project we mentioned and he's appeared in an indie movie shot in NYC. We're also excited that Diesel is going full steam ahead on creating another persona in the form of Bishop, the X-Men character we felt he'd be perfect for (see Gay Porn Stars as X-Men). You should also check out Diesel's blog for some deeply personal revelations he's made since retiring. But now he's moving forward and getting back into the biz---we can't wait to see what's next.

Kurt Wild never said he was retiring but many fans probably thought he had left the biz considering the fact that he's made very few appearances this year. After his appearance on Tyra Banks we saw him on Jake Cruise (with JC himself) in March but we didn't see him until this summer when he made FOUR appearances at Daddy Mugs. So again, he didn't technically retire so we can't call his return this week to College Dudes 24/7 as a real comeback. However, it's been exactly a year since he's appeared at College Dudes 24/7 where we was a familiar face in '07 & '08. Counting this week (where he's paired up with newcomer Calvin Conners) Kurt Wild has appeared in 14 videos here. Frankly his vocal bottoming style is perfect for this site where they encourage volume. We still are in disbelief that this aggressive hung bottom stud is a straight dude with kids. He's so damn cute we just don't care. Here's hoping Kurt Wild is here to stay at least for awhile.
