So Long, Harley...Hello, Simon Dexter
All good things must come to an end and this week Sean Cody bids good-bye to Harley, one of the site's all-time favorites and officially the most prolific. However, it doesn't mean that the sexy, charming and hung performer is retiring. As you probably remember he's now going by the name Simon Dexter and venturing into modeling with an eye cast on getting into straight porn. Fortunately Harley is also leaving Sean Cody on good terms so, while it seems unlikely, the site seems to have left the door open for him.
For this final Harley video Sean Cody picked out new favorite Matt as his scene partner. It's a very appropriate and somewhat ironic match-up --one popular guy passing the baton over to the next one. The irony is that Harley came onto the scene as a power top, with no interest in flipping and yet here he is in his final scene as a bottom to the new power top Matt. In typical Harley fashion it's a hot & sexy video with a healthy dose of his sexy charm and style. We're hoping that some of this rubs off on Matt (along with an interest in becoming a bottom at some future date)
As we said, Harley is leaving Sean Cody on a high note. On his Simon Dexter blog he mentions Sean Cody in glowing terms and he remains good friends with two alumni, Berke Banks & Addison. In fact the three guys had a wild time together on a recent Florida trip and the story made it into one of the interview portions of a Sean Cody video. All that said, Sean Cody is sad to see Harley go but sent him off with a great video and best wishes.
We thought we should send Harley off with a little mini-tribute and a recap of his Sean Cody career. By the way, the modeling career we mentioned is not wishful thinking for Simon Dexter. He's already appeared on the cover of Freshmen Magazine and he's already worked with more than a dozen photographers & studios including Edendale and Rufskins. Of course, we don't keep up with such things but it's likely that he will likely do pretty well for himself in straight porn too. For now, here's a recap of the Sean Cody career of Harley:
The Beginning.
In his solo debut Harley was pretty quiet but the interview segment in between his two j/o scenes was where you get a hint of the guy who would become an audience favorite. In a nearby park he goes through his sexy martial arts moves and then sits down to talk about himself. Here he mentions his Asian girl fetish and he really opens up. Oh how those str8 boys love their Asian chicks.
In Harley & Claude he gets his first bj from a guy while in Harley & Ajay he tops a guy for the first time. Harley & Boyce wasn't pivotal except that you could really tell how at ease Harley was at the site. Pay attention because the look in Harley's face makes him seem like he WANTS to lay a big kiss on both Ajay & Boyce, two of our faves.
The kissing part comes in the Harley & Neil video. This one could easily be nicknamed "Harley Unchained" as the affable top become SUPER top, pounding away at Neil like there's no tomorrow. Interesting because they both are all smiles in the beginning like two lovebirds--especially when Harley crawls on top, pins Neil and lays a big kiss on him. Then it's no more Mr Nice Guy.

Harley now had a reputation at Sean Cody as a power top (and as having elephant trunk dick) Harley & Cole, Harley & Terry, Harley & Carlton, and Harley & Jurek all show Harley as a guy who is very comfortable kissing and starting off slow although once he gets into it he goes hard on his scene mates. Oh yeah, and he's super-charming too putting his partners at ease while cutting up for the camera--no wonder he was popular. Harley was so popular that a fan of the site (and Harley) Emory got to have his debut with his crush. Harley & Emory also has a "behind the scenes" video that really shows off Harley's winning personality. From here on it was unusual if there WASN'T a "behind the scenes" video for a Harley appearance.
Mr Versatility Is Born.
It was a very big event when Harley bottomed for the first time in Harley & Cooper and the idea of "payback" was very much on everyone's mind. In fact Harley gives fans what they want by being very verbal. Cooper, an affable str8 dude with a hard-driving reputation of his own, took the honors although you could argue that the toys used here were technically the first to penetrate Harley. Again the accompanying behind the scenes video is worth watching. Harley & Berke was one of the "Ski Retreat" series and Harley bottomed again for confirmed straight top Berke who was much more vocal about not flipping. Interesting video because Berke isn't a kisser so it's as though Harley has come full circle and now is in a reverse role. In the other "Ski Retreat" video Harley tops again--this time for another top Addison.
Yep, this is where these three guys became friends.
Harley was doing it all for the final "Ski Retreat" orgy scene but it was so hot it wasn't aired until after the Harley & Richard video so the latter wouldn't seem so tame. Richard meant well but he was uptight compared to Harley who would have freaked having to bottom. Fortunately Harley was a real pro at bottoming by now.
Harley, Super Star.
In the final group of videos Harley appeared in, there seemingly was nothing Harley couldn't do. He topped (Harley & Mitch, Harley & Kurt, Harley & Pete), he bottomed (Doug & Harley, Harley & Matt) and flip-flopped (Harley & Owen) In almost every case it was impossible to confine Harley to one video and not show "behind the scenes" footage. That's how much he lit up a scene.
In the final count Harley wound up appearing in 29 videos (including those behind the scene ones) and set the bar pretty high. It's possible that current star Kurt could surpass that record (he's got 20 under his belt) and he does have that cute & funny personality that members like. That said, it's unlikely that anyone will forget his run here at Sean Cody.
