Folsom Flesh
Titan Men has officially released its latest leather/fetish video Folsom Flesh and from all indications this looks like winner. Titan has provided a good amount of press material that leads us to believe that the studio and director Brian Mills have gotten very creative with this sixth in the "Folsom" video series.
While it doesn't have a plot or story it does appear to be a series of vignettes woven together through a surreal setting right out of David Lynch. Technically Folsom Flesh was first made available on a limited basis at the IML Memorial Day Weekend in Chicago but it's now available to consumers.
Folsom Flesh features Titan exclusives Tony Buff, Eduardo, Dean Flynn, Rick van Sant, and newcomer Will Parker who Titan is very high on --and for good reason (more on him in a bit). The video also stars Colin Steele, Korben, and Geoffrey Paine. Buff originally signed on at Titan to help on the creative end of things and although it isn't stated it's very possible that he contributed (at least partially) to Folsom Flesh.
The premise of Folsom Flesh is that the action all takes place in a maze-like stage environment with flowing curtains, eerie lighting, etc. This dream-like fantasy setting makes it seem as though the leather and fetish action that takes place here will have a unique vision. In addition Titan has partnered with Priape.com which provides the fetish wear.
As we mentioned before Tony Buff signed on at Titan to be the creative director of its fetish line and in the press release he's referred to as the "First Man Of Fetish". So it's no surprise he gets the first scene which is almost an hour in length and features the Titan debut of Will Parker. As Titan's youngest star Parker was "discovered" at Chaos Men and when we got word on this we were slightly bemused. At the time Will's look and his work at Chaos Men didn't lead us to think he had a fetish-y side. However, when he appeared in Chaos Men's 500th video in a five-man orgy the light bulb flashed on and showed there was something there. From the clips we saw there's a lot of stuff going on in this video that should erase all doubts as to why Parker was signed and why Titan is pushing him.
If you've seen any Titan film, you know that director Brian Mills likes to mix it up and try to give each scene it's own identity. You can see that in the other Folsom features (Folsom Filth, Folsom Leather, Fear, Folsom Prison, Folsom Undercover) Here in Folsom Flesh you'll see a wrestling scenario with Dean Flynn & Geoffrey Paine, a voyeur-themed scene with Eduardo & Korben, and motorcycle sex with Rick van Sant & Colin Steele. Of course there are bonus features in Folsom Flesh including a new scene with Eduardo & Korben, behind-the-scenes footage & more. Naturally because of some of the extreme fetish nature of some of the scenes the video is available in a regular edition as well as the director's expanded edit.
From the tone of this blog entry it should be obvious that we're looking forward to seeing Folsom Flesh and reviewing it. Stay tuned.
