Chaos Men's Last Chance Deal
There are some changes going on with several websites and we'll be devoting several blog entries to them in the coming days. It's a mixed bag of changes, mostly good ones, but we'll be starting with the bad news/good news announcement from Chaos Men. We received several e-mails from site owner Bryan Ockert that explains things very well and makes it all seem very reasonable.
First, the good news. Chaos Men has got special membership deal that goes on until the end of May. It comes with a recurring loyalty rate of on only $17.95. Practically unbeatable. The bad news is that as June 1, 2009 Chaos Men is raising it's rates. It's a minor increase and it comes with a new loyalty rate but the good news (again) is that this loyalty rate kicks in after only one month. But again, you have until June to join Chaos Men (with a recurring membership) at the old rate--including the lower loyalty rate which is only $17.95!
As Chaos Men explained to us, this new price change was unavoidable. The site is getting close to having 500 videos in the archives and there ARE 3 video releases per week. So the fact that the price of the site hasn't changed until now with this extra content is remarkable. We also need to point out what many sites don't do---the expenses involved. One of the sites we are in contact with told us how much each of their video costs to produce and we were shocked.
Chaos Men also felt it had to make this move to make sure that loyal members were really getting a fair shake. Long story short there were too many people joining at recurring rate and cancelling . So what Chaos Men has done is make a one month membership and the first month of a recurring memership the same price. Plus, instead of getting the loyalty discount after 3 months, it now kicks in after only one month.
So here's the membership deal, good until the end of May:
30-day Recurring Membership: $19.95. After 3 Months the rate drops to $17.95!
The recurring rate for the first month will also be $29.95, but instead of a discount in 3 months, the reduction happens the very next month and drops to $19.95.
Frankly, even these new rates are reasonable considering the quality and the quantity avaiable at Chaos Men. Nevertheless don't delay on the great deal on the old rates. Here again is that special link.
