Double Barrel: The Review
You probably don't associate hunters and guns with gay porn but Titan has found a way in Double Barrel. Once again Titan has found another interesting use of a rural and rustic setting to tell tales of horny hunters in the wilderness. Rest assured that firearms aren't used in this film, nor are the actors the gun-toting rednecks you might imagine would populate a film by this title. But big guns do play a role as phallic symbols and the thematic catalyst for much of the action in the series of vignettes presented here. The NRA would be livid--and that's a good thing.
Double Barrel offers something else for those who might not necessarily be into the themes we mentioned. That something is a showcase for Titan exclusive Marco Blaze who has become one of our favorites of 2009. He's handsome, well-built, and hung which would satisfy many criteria for star power. But the guy is also versatile, sexually charming, and dynamic as a performer. Titan obviously feels this way too because director Brian Mills gives viewers ample evidence by placing the new star in the first two scenes back to back.
Because Double Barrel is a series of vignettes with the same theme, Mills doesn't waste any time with exposition right from the start. Ultra-sexy Marco Blaze and Alex Baresi are hunting buds who get stopped by officer Steve Carlisle asking if they have permits. Before long the two hunters are all over the officer and the three are going at it. Right away Marco Blaze becomes the dominant force here and he winds up taking care of both guys. Once they're all satisfied, Carlisle invites his two new "friends" back to the police station for scene two. Once again Marco puts it to both guys with a little extra oomph. These two opening scenes, back to back take up over 40 minutes of hot action.
Coby Mitchell CJ Madison
The next scene has more of slow-burning passion side as two hunters got at it at their campsite. CJ Madison is cleaning his gun as though he's stroking his cock and it's all the subliminal hint that Coby Mitchell needs to get frisky. As we said, they start out slow and build up so if you like your porn with foreplay that leads up to a hot sex, this should suit you nicely.
Revel Milan Chad Manning
The great outdoors apparently raises the testosterone to nearly inexhaustible levels as witnessed in scene three. Chad Manning and Revel Milan go from taking a potty break to going down on each other in the woods and busting a nut. As with the first scenes of the movie this wasn't satisfying because Manning and Milan take their unquenched lust back to the cabin for another session. This time Manning tops Milan right on top of the stylish furniture. We can only hope that the cabin wasn't a rental!
Max Schutler Dirk Jager
The final scene in Double Barrel is between Max Schutler and Dirk Jager is very hot and we like the hairy-smooth contrast. However, because it is the last scene and the course of action is so similar to the previous scenes, it seems a little superfluous. Had this scene been tied to one of the other scenes in some way it might not have seemed tacked on. But again the scene is great on its own so perhaps we're being a little harsh.
