Steve Cruz ROCKS!
We received the nicest e-mail today from superstar Steve Cruz who was very enthusiastic in thanking us for our review of his latest movie Red Light. Of course we were ecstatic to receive the e-mail and his Steve Cruz' heartfelt thanks and it was a delightful reminder that there are some truly amazing people in this sometimes crazy adult industry. Steve was also very generous in his praise of our humble blog for which we are truly grateful.
We've been a fan of the enigmatically sexy and free-spirited Steve Cruz for awhile now and not just in terms of his always sexy performances. His website and his blog (which is FIRST on our blogroll) are always entertaining and informative and he makes sure that his fans and followers are kept up to date on his current projects. Steve also does quite a bit for the gay community in general and specifically for his native San Francisco, especially men's heath concerns. Then there's his work as a model (see here and here). Talented photographers Joe Oppedisano and Kent Taylor have been wise to choose Steve as a subject because he shows little if any inhibition.
Of course our telling you about Steve Cruz and his website and his blog can't possibly be any substitute for your going and visiting them.
Lastly, we congratulate Steve on his many nominations this year for the GayVN Awards and The Grabbys. We've got a listing coming up the Grabbys and were gearing up to conclude our overview of the GayVN Awards so you can bet we'll be mentioning Steve Cruz several times over in the coming weeks.
