Matthew Rush debuts at Manifest Men Trey returns to Sean Cody
Today we're starting something new here at the blog---our video pick of the week. For the most part our pick (or picks if we can't decide on just one) will be chosen from the many websites that we keep an eye on although we'll periodically choose full-length feature. As of now there won't be any set day of the week when we'll post our choice, although we are planning on keep this a regular feature. We'll also be marking picks on the main page at Jack Manly and archiving them on the site for more easy reference.
If you've visited Jack Manly within the past few days you'll see we've already posted up our pick of the week on the front page and right from the start we've got three choices. Each of these videos represent their respective sites very well as well as showcasing the variety available on line.
Christian & Alexy
Next Door Buddies: Alex Tyler, Christian Wilde, Shane Erickson, & Spencer Reed. We already mentioned that Next Door Studios had started casting a few "stars" at their site and this video was a great example. Normally we don't go for orgy style videos because they have a tendency to be less intimate, but this video was more a two-couple scenario. Had it simply featured Alexy & Christian we'd have been fine with it--together they've got some real chemistry. Of course if you've got the very hot Alexy Tyler in your video there's always going to be chemistry and he makes a very nice party favor. His hair is longer now and his body looks awesome and even though he's considerably shorter than super-tall Shane Erickson they "hit it off" too. This is the kind of video that makes you want to see more of these guys with some of the other site's regulars. Check out the video previews and the gallery.

ManifestMen: Matthew Rush--Studio 1010. This one was shown live as it was being filmed almost two weeks ago but seeing it edited and from the point of view of videographer Adam Killian it really is like seeing it for the first time. Manifest Men tried something different with this one, leaving out background music and leaving in Adam's verbal direction. Killian's voice is very sensual and motivating and Matthew Rush responds in kind. We're a sucker for muscle flexing and it's not something we saw much of when Rush was doing adult flicks--but it seems to turn him on too. Even though the site bills this video as featuring "a new Matthew Rush" we do get to see the traits that made Rush popular---his on-camera charisma and his signature verbal orgasms" Once again we have to say that going freelance was the best move for one of our favorite stars.
Sean Cody: Trey & Jason. Trey made our list of top newcomers for 2008 and this video shows why. As eye candy goes this young guy is a 10+---well-built and impossibly handsome. As he's gotten more at ease in front of the camera he's turned into a real star for the site. Kinda cocky & bratty but he's a charmer. He's paired here with good-natured Jason (formerly known as Gavin at Frat Men) and the two really hit it off. They get into some serious kissing (one of the things we like about Sean Cody) and both flip for each other. There's something else that's very hot here and that's the direction. It seems like Sean Cody has a new cameraman/director who gives this video a whole different look. The angles are less static and there are some delicious close-ups. Also released with this scene was a behind-the scenes video that may not have the sexual punch, but sure is fun.
