News Round-Up
With the month almost over, it's time again for another brief round-up of stories that have appeared in the news this past month but haven't covered here yet.
Jeff, the owner and star of the popular and consistently high quality Str8Cam site has officially taken over Model Men. Model Men started out as an original gallery site featuring guys from across the spectrum including several from online video sites. Video was later incorporated into the site and within the last month or so Str8Cam Jeff came on board. So far the changes to the site have been subtle--some Jeff pics and a VOD section have been added. We expect to see some more changers at Model Men shortly.

Chris Steele, the performer turned director-producer and partner at Jet Set Men, made the news twice these past few weeks. He announced that he had uncovered lost (and explicit) footage of the late Brett Mycles (Rob Sager) who died suddenly in 2007. It's been compiled into a DVD Brett Mycles: Unseen, available from Jet Set Men. In the scene Mycles gives head to TWO guys but mysteriously this was cut from Prime Cuts 6. Included on the Jet Set Men DVD are re-edited & re-mastered wrestling scenes that were done for Can-Am Productions and a behind-the-scenes interview.
Coincidentally or not Studio 2000 is releasing a two-disc DVD Chris Steele Superstar featuring some of his best scenes, original audition footage, a strip show performance, and audio commentary.

Muscle Hunks is hosting its annual Man of the Year competition where site visitors can vote and help determine the winner among the impressive collection of muscle men from Dynamite Studios. Along with your vote, you also win a chance for a years' membership to the site or 10 DVDs. We'll be posting pics of the guys shortly.

Titan Media is adding a fetish video line to its ever-expanding adult empire and the company has signed their exclusive performer Tony Buff to direct and star in the films. Tony Buff has been with Titan since late in 2007 and has appeared in several major productions, many with a fetish edge: Fear, Breakers, Chainsaw, Folsom Prison, Folsom Undercover, Funhouse, & Home Invasion. Titan has not yet named the new fetish line but reportedly it will be noticeably different from the other Titan imprints. The videos will be shot semi-documentary style and feature hardcore fetish play by real players from the community.
On the subject of Titan it has just released a new jock-themed flick Playbook. I has a surprising cast including Leo Giamani and Diesel Washington! It also stars Alex Baresi, Dirk Jager, Frank Philipp, Kameron Scott, Kyle Quinn, Leed Scott, & Xavier St. Jude. Interestingly Titan isn't playing up the fact that this is Giamani's first studio production to get released. AND...it's one of THREE flicks to feature Leo & Washington(the others being Asylum & Red Light). Now, if someone would simply get these two together in a scene we're sure fans would be mighty happy.

Finally, the Cybersocket Web Awards are less that two weeks away and Chi Chi Larue has been named the host/hostess. We'll be in attendance to report on the news AND juicy stuff too (if warranted)
