When we first got word that Mason Wyler had his own online video site we taken by surprise because there was no pre-launch buzz at any of the blogs or from Next Door Studios which launched the site. Even at Mason Wyler's own blog Wyler Nation there was not one word about the launch. In fact, he was still in the throes of defending himself from the barrage of "know-it-all" comments regarding his rape and the emotional aftermath (we won't go into it here, we suggest you visit the blog if interested). In addition he was posting entries in his current contest (again see the blog for details) where the winner would win a sex date/vacation trip with Mason. But again, no word on his new site--that is until this week.
In his latest blog entry Mason Wyler finally goes into detail on how the new Mason Wyler video website came about and the somewhat sweet deal that accompanies it. In the course of the entry Mason is pretty frank and has a good grasp on the realities of being a porn star. Obviously you may have your own differing opinions on Mason Wyler, but we think he had some valid and mature insights here and he expresses himself very well. Just when you think you have someone pegged, they turn around and say things that impress you. Sure, that Mason Wyler sexual enthusiasm and geeky goofiness that have defined him are still there but he's got more sides to him than you might think.

In a nutshell Next Door Studios offered him this new site and as is the case with the other sites, they do all the setting up and filming. Mason Wyler states on his blog that he enjoys the company and he has fun on and off the set so, what could be better? The answer is this: Mason Wyler got this website AND he doesn't have to remain exclusive! So for those who might have been concerned that the only way to see him was at Mason Wyler, this is good news. But, as Mason Wyler states "...with that being said, why would I want to film for any other website but my own???"

Mason Wyler has also been listing his faves among stars appearing at online video sites and while he hasn't yet had scenes with some of his "dream dates" he has had his share of up and coming stars while at Next Door Studios. You can tell that much from the above pics. Maybe, he's finally going to get his wish and be able to have sex with the other guys in the "amateur" side of the biz that he's listed on his blog. Time will tell.
