Over the summer Falcon made a big deal (and justifiably so) about their new discovery Ty Colt who was debuting at Falcon Str8 Men. Just about every one in porn fandom agreed that he was worth every bit of buzz he was getting. As we mentioned at the time (see Falcon Str8Men: Ty Colt) Ty Colt had also done a video for Edward James Productions, Real Straight Shooters Vol. 1 . Distributed by Pure Play Media it features solo scenes with Ty Colt and others and we had assumed it had already been released. As it turns out that didn't happen until LAST week. Back in October Edward James Productions signed an exclusive distribution contract with Pure Play Media to release the company's DVD line. Both companies agreed that this video (and others) were a good way to showcase future stars before they made it big. How right they were!

 In addition to Ty Colt, Real Straight Shooters vol 1 features new Jet Set Men studs Marcus Steel(e)and Derec Stone, plus newcomers Travis Hardman, Kyro Gray and Gabe Tynes. We took a look at other upcoming releases due later this year (and in 2009) from Edward James and they really do feature a collection of up-and-coming and existing stars. Here's the line-up:

--Bait Buddies: First Edition. It's the old "bait & switch" routine pulled on supposedly straight guys by their gay buds. The straight dudes show up for on-camera sex with a girl who doesn't even exist. Instead the dudes are "tricked" into getting off with their gay pals for $$$. The first volume features Dominic Pacifico, Dale Ireland, Jay Armstrong, Jason White, Nash Micheals, Shawn Jamieson, Derec Stone, Marcus Steele, Diablo, and the notorious Nickolay Petrov. This one is available now.

--Muscle Lust. Featuring 10 guys but in scenes with each other. Travis Hardman, Shane Erickson, Jaime Gold, Nicholas Lockwood, Orlando Dawson, Derek Stone, Jason Sparks, Marcus Steele. You'll find several familiar faces here from the web and future movies. For example, Orlando Dawson has done videos for Cocky Boys and Chaos Men (as Saber) in Road Trip vol 4 : Big Sur from Falcon. This one is due on December 22.

--Derec's Dilemma. It's sex-travaganza that takes place at Derec's bachelor party with the party guests AND the groom-to-be getting it on. Featuring Travis Hardman, Cody Summers, Ty Colt, Gabe Tyner, Derec Stone, and Marcus Steele. And yes, you'll see Ty Colt in full-on gay sex here. Due on January 5, 2009.

--Lost In The Hood. The pizza delivery guy goes to the wrong address and winds up becoming a "happy meal". With Magnum, ThugZilla, Tray Miller, Derek Mazurek, ToneBone, Nubius, Kacorot, Sho-Nuff, and Jamie Donovan. Due January 12.

--Real Straight Shooters vol 2. No info at present although it's due on January 19.
