The new documentary series Everything You Wanted To Know About Gay Porn Stars *but were afraid to ask  premieres today at GLBT cable channel here!.  As we mentioned before (here! does! porn!) this seven-part series directed by John Roecker covers a lot of ground as it profiles and interviews sixteen men from the world of gay porn. From what we've read and seen at the here! page it's fun, gritty, revealing, disturbing, cautionary, and insightful. 

  Everything You Wanted To Know... allows the diverse group of porn stars to tell their individual stories in their own words and in doing so attempts to give viewers a fresh perspective on the adult industry an the people involved.  The guys featured in the here! documentary series include Johnny Hazzard, Brad Benton, Chris Anthony, Alan Gregory, Jeremy Jordon, Matt Martin, Nick Capra, Jason Hawke, Danny Vox, Caleb Carter, Nick Piston, Joey Milano, Marc Sterling,  Bret Wolfe, Jason Ridge, and Harlow Cuadra. This last one may be the hardest one to watch since Cuadra is now in jail awaiting trial for murder. 

  Speaking of porn stars involved in murder, Nickolay Petrov has pleaded guilty in a Florida court to felony federal charges of "conspiracy to travel across state lines with the intent to kill or injure." The porn star had appeared on several sites and in videos for several companies but got mixed up in this strange case of extortion & attempted murder. We'll keep you posted on what becomes of this case but it doesn't look good for Petrov who went from being onscreen bad boy to real-life bad guy.
