It's hard not to notice that during the past year or so the major gay adult video companies have been busy increasing their online presence. It's a no-brainer to suggest that the shift over to this market has been one of necessity and survival for these companies but whatever their motives, we the consumers benefit. There's lots more to see and more options on how we get to view it-- all from the privacy of our homes and in front of our erstwhile companion the computer. 

   It would be hard to single out one studio that was doing the most aggressive expansion into the online market, but it does seem that more recently Falcon has been making the most noise about it.  We've already pointed out on numerous occasions their additional online video websites like Falcon Str8 Men and Massive Studio. However, we believe what is more significant is the development of  Falcon Buy A Scene section of the site. Here you can purchase, download, and keep scenes from the Falcon archives. As of about a week ago there were over 300 scenes available to purchase and new ones are added each week.  These scenes are DRM-free and come in several formats so that you don't even have to become a member to keep them.  Of course Falcon makes it clear that if you become a Falcon member you get a 50% discount off these purchases, among other membership benefits like being to watch scenes online. 

 As longtime viewers of Falcon film we really like this Buy A Scene strategy. Obviously Falcon would love to sell entire movies that the company thinks are high quality productions. But this way, Falcon recognizes the fact that a great many Falcon fans may really love certain scenes but aren't that enamored of the full movies where the scenes take place. The Buy A Scene strategy also works by putting a spotlight on scenes that viewers might have otherwise overlooked. 

                    

  We wouldn't be able to talk about the Buy A Scene section of the site unless we tried it out for ourselves and we can honestly say it's ridiculously easy. What's important to viewers of online adult media is immediacy and quality and Falcon did not disappoint us one bit. Of course it help that it was a hot scenes featuring Zeb Atlas & Adam Killian from the upcoming Best Men 2. By the way for a gallery for this much-anticipated video go here.

  As for what's next from Falcon, we can honestly say we don't know, however you can do what we do and visit the official Falcon blog. This week we got a chuckle when Steve Cruz posted up more info about the upcoming Blue Movie which he's directing. The "up and coming " star who's featured in the flick is Colton Steele and you'd think that Steve Cruz was attempting to cast someone to be his brother (see above)! Let's hope that Blue Movie lives up to the buzz.
