A Word From Jett Blakk...

Chad Hunt gives Trevor Knight the bird.

Yesterday we received a very nice e-mail from Jett Blakk the director who is filming Endgame, that upcoming gay adult flick for Dirty Bird Pictures that has gotten a lot of buzz. Yes, this is the one where superstar Chad Hunt bottoms for the first time, and in a big way (he gets gang-banged).  Long story short, Jett Blakk sent us a heartfelt thank you for our coverage of the film and or comments on his career. Out of appreciation he also sent us the screencap you see above from Endgame that hasn't been seen anywhere else yet. The location used is from one of Jett's (and our) favorite films. If the schoolhouse setting looks familiar to you film buffs, think of Bodega Bay in Northern California and ornithology and you'll figure out what film we're talking about.

We were very happy to write back and express OUR appreciation to Jett Blakk as well as mentioning that we are fans of his films. It's not lost on us that Jett Blakk has a very effective and enjoyable signature style. And there are very few directors of gay male erotica that bring style to their films. In a subsequent e-mail Jett Blakk confirmed what we suspected----that he tries to " bring my love of film and storytelling to my work.  It's fun for me, and I think, provides an alternative for people who want porn to go to the next level...".

If you are unfamiliar with Jett Blakk we'll be presenting a guide/filmography to his work. After all you shouldn't go by our word--you should see for yourself why we think he's a standout director. In fact, you'll probably find some favorites on here and not realize Jett Blakk was behind them. Normally we like to provide these guides to performers and studios (for after all that's usually everyone's main criteria for picking out stuff to watch) but directors like Jett Blakk deserve them too. Look for it tomorrow.
