Jesse Santana Flips for Cocky Boys

It's another sign of the changing times in male erotica. Today, adult star Jesse Santana announced he was leaving the world of DVD entertainment behind and becoming an exclusive to online entertainment. He's signed an exclusive deal with Cocky Boys marking the first time that a performer has made such a switch.

Jesse Santana has had dual exclusive contracts with Jet Set Men and Cocky Boys since 2007 (one of the few performers to have such an advantageous deal) but in June his contract with Jet Set Men ran out. We're not sure whether he was offered a contract renewal with Jet Set Men (apparently Jet Set Men doesn't usually renew contracts past a year in order to attract new faces to their movies) or he was being wooed by another studio but apparently his DVD options did not allow for him to keep his Cocky Boys contract. After mulling it over and talking to friends he chose to go the web-only route and be an exclusive to Cocky Boys.

Santana had nothing but praise for site owner Kyle Majors, the direction of the website, and the way Majors and Cocky Boys treat their performers. Having worked for several studios and getting multiple nominations for his performances Santana obviously knows whereof he speaks. Nevertheless this all came as a surprise to many, including Kyle Majors who has expressed gratitude and mutual praise for Santana following this ringing endorsement. In addition Jet Set Men partner and director Chris Steele complimented Santana and wished him well in his new direction. . and (after a few weeks of negative publicity and comments elsewhere in the industry this was very welcome).

This is a kind of coming home for Jesse Santana because as we mentioned on a previous blog he started out as an online performer at Corbin Fisher. And this is yet another major coup for Kyle Majors and Cocky Boys after a year of getting some big names to appear at the site. It's been reported that this is just the beginning and that Majors expects others to leave the DVD world for online exclusivity. He couldn't go into details but his company is in talks with other performers.

Naturally, we'll keep you posted on this and other related stories.
