We don't have to tell any of you that when summer rolls around every year almost every aspect of the entertainment industry is vying for your attention.  Naturally this includes the adult film studios and the online video sites. We've been covering the websites for a year now but haven't really devoted enough space to reviews of the adult studio films. With this summer glut we thought we'd provide some mini-guides and review blog entries to these recent studio films. Keeping up with the studios and all their films isn't easy so if we've missed a few movies here it's only because we haven't gotten around to seeing them.


 FALCON (available at the new FalconXXX site):

 Afterparty--Starring Erik Rhodes as a studly law student (don't snicker) who passes the bar and calls up his buds to go out with him and celebrate. Well in true Falcon fashion this is just an excuse to get hot guys in a nightclub setting for a celebration that turns into an all-out sex romp. There's no much else to know about these characters except they're played by a cast of up & coming stars (many from online video sites) including Tony Capucci in his first Falcon flick. Erik gets plastered and plowed. At home the next day he winds up with two of the party boys where he continues the "celebration". This scene is a little more exciting that the big disco scene.

 Workin' Hard--Mustang is known as the grittier Falcon imprint--which to us means more blue collar and leather dudes. Here Tyler Saint is a foreman of construction site packed with horny men. You know they're gay because their work clothes are immaculate even thought they try and look rough with their facial scruff. They don't spend much time doing work unless "nailing" each other is considered construction. Even Tyler Saint (who's been in leather films) looks like he doesn't want his hair mussed. But he does deliver the goods when it comes to a very hot sex scene. Next time---get these guys dirty! It looks like they're building a boutique.

         

  Winter Heat--This little Falcon fest must have been filmed at the same time as the Jocks film above. Same premise except with established performers. There is a plot in here somewhere but the closest we get in the last scene where a guy is saved by a ski patrol and invites them over to "thank" them---shades of The Other Side of Aspen. Actually this film is possibly the best of the lot. Each scene s pretty unique and the sex is hot. The Jarics look great as usual and seem to have loosened up a bit with each other. Nash Lawler shows why he was a hot tamale at Next Door Studios. Then there's Roman Heart and Eddie Diaz in the shower showing that getting two 
versatile guys together makes for good footage.

 Fleet Week--Horny seamen on leave go at it like well, horny sailors on leave. Erik Rhodes again but he does look good in his dress whites. Everyone else? Not so believable as a studly navy guys. Oh yes this features "porn legend" Josh Weston in a "hungry" role.
