  Joan Rivers will perform at the Folsom Street Fair gala which is part of the 25th Folsom Street Fair weekend in San Francisco. Yes, you read that right. In a week when we get news that Jake Cruise has gotten another straight top to flip and that Zeb Atlas is doing a Falcon Studios movie (see Zeb Atlas REALLY Goes All the Way)we have to ask "has hell frozen over yet?" Not only are things happening that we thought would NEVER happen, there are things happening that we didn't even consider!

 Yes, Joan Rivers will perform at the formal gala event that celebrates the silver anniversary of the Folsom Street Fair (and they said it wouldn't last!) Can you imagine comedienne Rivers in a room full of men in full leather? We wonder if Kathy Griffin (who hosted last year's GayVN Awards) had something to do with convincing her mentor to take this gig! If so, it might be a great idea for Kathy to sign up too.

 This announcement is just another in a series of news blurbs that has us scratching our heads and wondering what's going to happen next? It seems that anything is possible these days:

  Jake Cruise made news last month when Zeb Atlas appeared on the site to get serviced by the site host himself. This week we learned that sexy and well-built performer Mike Roberts is going to bottom on video for the first time at Jake Cruise and yes, Jake himself is going to do it. Roberts has appeared on many sites (Corbin Fisher, Randy Blue, etc) and in films so it isn't as if he is a total unknown. So we'll be posting up his filmography next week in conjunction with the release of this Jake Cruise video. Actually, we shouldn't be too surprised to see this happen since Jake has gotten many guys to do many things contrary to their popular personae.

  One guy that Jake Cruise (or anyone else) hasn't been able to convince to drop his "look but don't touch" rule is Johnny Castle. If you haven't heard much about this "Man of the Year" this year it's because Johnny Castle has been busy with his own membership website, Johnny Castle XXX. You may want to check it out to finally hear his voice (he barely says anything in his videos). It's got his own solo (mostly) videos and galleries but he's added a couple of his friends to the video roster.

 One real-life bud is Jack Venice who swore he would never appear on a gay site (but changed his named to Jack Miller so that he could keep his word and do gay porn at the same time). Johnny got Jack represented by David Forest last year. The other friend (and apparently a good one) is Tony Capucci (also with David Forest) who's been all over the place lately and definitely is more "hands on". He also appeared recently at Mike Hancock in several videos. He probably had something to do with Johnny Castle appearing at Mike Hancock this week. Incidentally it looks like Castle may be appearing at Club Hancock this summer.

  If you're thinking that so many of these guys are all linked together and it's hard to keep all their associations straight you're right. You know how they have that trivia game "Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon?" We have a feeling you could do that with Johnny Castle.
