Over the summer months we'll be highlighting individual studios, DVDs, and websites that we feel deserve a spotlight in this very busy and competitive time. Some studios and sites you may have forgotten about and/or overlooked lately so we'll be doing our best to give them the boost they deserve.

   Last weekend there was a fire (started by a blown transformer) at a data center that handles the servers for several websites. One of the sites affected was Mike Hancock which was down for a couple days. When the site was restored we got an e-mail informing us of the situation--they were back up. At the same time we were reminded that we haven't mentioned Mike Hancock in awhile so we thought the site was the perfect candidate to start off our summer series. And, as fate would have it, Mike Hancock will soon be expanding which of course gives us more reason to give the site this spotlight.

                 

 Mike Hancock is one of a handful of sites that has consistently been at the forefront of the online video biz. If you were to start listing the hotties and hunks that have made it big in this growing field invariably many of them have appeared at Mike Hancock. In fact some of our favorites have appeared at this site, some of whom actually have done their hottest work here: 

 Cody Cummings (known then as Kris Gates), Phenix Saint, Mason Wyler, Tommy D, Tony Capucci, Eddie Stone, Brad Star, and Justin Riddick are just a few of the names to have appeared here. And then there are names you may not heard of but more than likely will in the future, guys like Seth Boxer and Jay McQuay.

                     

 Through it all Mike Hancock has kept it simple and realistic. Visual impressions are everything when it comes to so-called "amateur sites" and the seemingly improvisational feel of Mike Hancock makes all the difference. Nothing really seems forced or scripted and it really does appear that some of the unexpected developments in the course of a video are completely spontaneous. We LOVE that!

                 

  As we mentioned, Mike Hancock will be expanding. Visitors to the site have already seen the announcement of the pcoming spin-off site StraightMen.com. It's due to launch on July 4th and will feature solo videos with an emphasis on the male physique. On the front page you can see muscular straight dude Jay McQuay and if HE is any indication of the kind of hot men that will appear there, StraightMen.com will be a rousing success.

 A third site ClubHancock.com has been slightly delayed because the previously mentioned server problem. It will launch on September 1 with some decidedly unique entertainment---straight, bisexual, dominatrix, tranny and fetish videos.

 Of course as details become available about membership rates and the model selections we'll be updating the blog and our website.
