RJ Danvers & The Ford Models Scam

We finally got a chance to see one of the latest Raging Stallion stud flicks, Jock Itch. It's a jock gear fetish themed video directed by and starring Jake Deckard whom we never get tired of seeing in a film. No matter what the film Jake's characters always seem to live out his own fantasies---it's the fringe benefit of being a superstar.

Another performer in the production is the hairy chested young stud (and Raging Stallion exclusive) RJ Danvers and seeing him here reminded us that we hadn't checked in on him in awhile. As we mentioned here he was one of the contestants in an online Ford Models search (see "RJ Danvers: Ford Model??) and was doing well in the voting (although some unknown has somehow shot ahead of the pack unexpectedly). We checked out the results and were very perplexed. Not only didn't RJ Danvers win, but the online tallies weren't even honored.
The winner was someone the photographer picked out.  You can read more about it at RJ Danvers' blog here and his reaction to it.

As for the blog itself, we want to add it officially to our list of recommended blogs for those interested in the lives of stars of male erotica. We knew that RJ Danvers was a genuinely nice guy when wrote to us personally and thanked us for the mention of his contest. Upon checking out his blog, we discovered he's a very gregarious guy with a very upbeat nature (it sure shows in that gorgeous smile and twinkling eyes). Oh yeah, and he also loves comic books as we do here at Jack Manly. We can tell if we ever met him we'd have tons to talk about (an aside to RJ---if you're interested in an interview, let us know!)

The other thing we thought was interesting was that RJ Danvers looks like he could be Mason Wyler's brother (a hairier darker-haired brother). At the very least it would be interesting to see these two studs together in a movie. How about it Raging Stallion?
