How best to sum up all the excitement found on websites, in the news, etc during the month of May? Well, to borrow some lines from the musical Camelot (hey this is a gay site, we MUST put in showtune references once in awhile to get our gay cards renewed): "It's May, the lusty month of May....It's wild, it's gay, depraved in every way!"

 We saw the debut of new websites. Hot guest stars and  performers doing things they hadn't done before.  Studios expanding their lines and making more of an online presence. Blu-ray adult DVDs. More awards were doled out. And that's just a sample. 

 Arguably muscleman Zeb Atlas was the star of the month and proved he's still as relevant as ever in the world of male erotica. His guest star appearances at two sites this month were very buzzworthy. In early Manifest Men presente the first of two solo videos that Zeb Atlas filmed for his buddy Vin Marco. The beautifully shot video set in the desert was a startling reminder of how eye-riveting Zeb's body is and how he knows just how to work the camera. Then, just a few days ago (after several weeks of publicity) Zeb Atlas appeared at Jake Cruise where he consented to his first onscreen "servicing" from another guy. Shot in high def, Jake Cruise himself did the honors--and no it wasn't just hype. Zeb Atlas got manhandled (in a good way) by Jake and orally seviced. Zeb Atlas was one of the last holdouts in the category of  "gay-for-pay" straight dudes who have a "look but don't touch" policy. You don't get much bigger in size or straighter in attitude than Zeb Atlas so our message to Johnny Castle and Mark Dalton (when he gets out of jail) is this---if Zeb Atlas can do it, you can too.

--- Falcon Studios officially launched Falcon Str8 Men, a separate membership site with exclusive online content. Read more at Falcon Goes Straight...

--- Hot House has been turning out some great original content at their membership site Hot House Backroom (which we heartily recommend) but we got a special thrill when our favorite Next Door Studios stud Cody Cummings showed up for a solo video (see..And Newcomers)

---Randy Blue released an ambitious hour long video at its site called Alley Cats. It's a porn noir period piece that may be hard to match again. (See Alley Cats)

---The Visconti Triplets, Hungarian-born gay performers launched their own site. We've been talking this up for weeks and you can read the site review here.

--Once again Grunts and Raging Stallion cleaned up at another awards show. Read more about the Grabbys here: Grabbin Those Grabbys.

--FratMen presented what we think is a first for them---two of the site's sexy models engaged in some oral action. It could be a sign of more interesting things to come akin to the goings on at their live site FratPad.

--Sean Cody did two location shoots last summer in the desert and at Lake Tahoe that were among the hottest videos he produced. This year Sean Cody got an early start in May where some of his most recent (and hung) additions were set loose in a Colorado cabin.


  So now June is upon us and summer is right around the corner. While we can be sure that sites and studios will releasing lots of goodies for viewers we haven't had any official news yet. This coming weekend is Gay Pride in LA and we'll be attending a couple of industry-hosted events and where we hope to get some news and information on what's in store for the summer--stay tuned.
