Thank the stars  for TiVo! The other night we were watching Bravo and saw a promo for the new season of Work Out.  In one of those "blink and you might miss it" moments we caught a glimpse of gym owner Jackie's new trainer and gasped at his physique. Of course we had to rewind and we saw thatthe new trainer is non other than Greg Plitt! 

    Not that long ago we mentioned Greg Plitt here because HGTV's Designed to Sell series had added him to the cast as one of their carpenters. He has been on our radar for a few years now and  turned us into regular watchers of this series. Well, now it looks like we'll be glued to the TV for the new season of Work Out. Clever people those Bravo producers. They must have figured we HAD to watch now.

  Last time we talked about Greg Plitt we mentioned his appearances on TV, in movies, magazines, commercials, his association with Icon Men, etc. We did forget to mention he's one of the guys you can see on "body beautiful" site Strengthnet. Believe us, he's got quite a resume! We doubt you need any convincing to drool over Greg Plitt but if you want to see more we recommend his own website. For a busy guy, he makes a concerted effort to keep his site updated.  Must be his military training.  Interestingly, Greg Plitt didn't make the cut when he once auduitioned for the Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency. For same, Janice! Do we think she has any regrets for not hiring him? YES! Yep, we can't wait to watch Work Out.
