Yes, we are well aware that Dancing With the Stars' hearthrob Cameron Mathison is straight. But that hasn't stopped us from going ga-ga over his handsome face, ripped body and dancing routines on the ABC show. Aside from the obvious eye-candy he provides, he's also a real charmer and yes, he is very talented as a dancer. So it should come as no surprise that he's our pick to win it all on Dancing With the Stars (in spite of rumors that the powers that be want a woman celebrity to win this year)

 We are also blatantly campaigning for studly Cameron and we have a feeling that gay voters will be pushing him to the top of the competition. He's already got a good track record as being gay-friendly and has wound up on several gay sites and blogs devoted to male celebrity devotion.

One site in particular GayWired has Cameron Mathison prominently featured on their interactive Top Ten Celebrity List Men of November '07 along with Ryan Reynolds and 7 other straight dudes. By the way, the only "out" name on the list is Aaron ‘Ajay’ Savvy, fitness model/personal trainer and former ultimate fighter who appeared on FX's Toughman TV series. And as we noted here before he was also one of our JackManly favorites on the amateur sex site Sean Cody (not to be missed!).

 

  

 Oh yes, Cameron Mathison. The All My Children soap stud has a very interesting resume accompanied with some facts that put him on the list of straights we like.

--He was a profssional model and one of his gigs was with International Male wearing ultra-skin tight outfits and undergear (we have an inkling he kept some of the clothes and is wearing them on Dancing With the Stars) .

--He has graced the covers of several Harlequin Romance novels

--He said on the show that he'd even dance in a thong, if he had to, in order get enough votes (another item he saved from his IM days?) It would work on us--but the judges this year would be unmoved by the display. Again, we think they're gunning for a woman to win.

--Appeared on the cover of Playgirl back in 1999

--He often goes shirtless on All My Children and goes by the nickname "Snaps" because his shirts are fitted
  with snaps to provide ease of being ripped open. YUM!

--He's hosting a SoapNet series I Wanna Be a Soap Star (he's busy, eh?)

 So while we hope that Cameron Mathison beats the odds and winds up winning Dancing With the Stars, he's already waltzed hisway into the winners' circle at JackManly.
